HomeDaycareCheck (homedaycarecheck.com) is published by CLEARDEAL LLC. The free checker and all content on this site are educational tools that read published state rules for the facts a visitor enters. They are not legal advice, not a licensing determination, and not a substitute for your state licensing office, which is the final authority on any individual situation.
The Home Daycare Launch Kit is sold for a one-time payment and delivered as a web page for the buyer's own use. Rules change; every page carries its checking date, and buyers are responsible for confirming current requirements with their licensing office before acting.
Site content may not be republished wholesale. State rules themselves are public law and belong to everyone.
